Devolution policy

We guarantee excellence in all our products, they are all checked in order to detect possible defects in fabrication process before being delivered.

Devolution caused by fabrication defect

In case a fabrication defect is detected in any of the products, the customer should contact us through the email address:

devolution@amsummerfield.comexplaining the situation. The customer will be entitled to return the product and in the case of being proved that the damage was not caused after the delivery, we will send another product with no additional cost. The period to access this policy is 30 days counting from the date of the reception. In order to do the change, the products should be delivered in the same way as they were shipped.

Devolution due to product Delivery different tan purchased

In case of receiving a product different than purchased, please set contact with us on the email: devolution@amsummerfield.com   before sending it back. If it were proved a mistake by our side, we will place the whole change of the product with no cost for the customer. There is the possibility that the products are not available on stock any longer, in this case, the customer will be entitled to choose another piece of same value or money return.

Devolution due to non-satisfied customer

If for any reason, the customer would not be satisfied or regrets the purchase, we kindly ask for a mail to: devolution@amsummerfield.com       explaining the situation. AM Summerfield allows changes or devolution in a period of 30 days since the date of reception of the order, only if the product is sent back in the same condition as it was shipped, meaning, with all original labels and seals intact. In this case, shipment costs will be payed by the customer.

Because of hygienically reasons, underwear and swimwear are provided with a device that prevents them from trying on or wearing them if not removed. If you wish to return this kind of products, it is compulsory that those keep the label and this named protection device.

In case the products to be cause of devolution would not be fulfilling the above requirements, those products will be automatically returned to customer with no change or return possibility.
