General purchase conditions

Prices
Prices published by AM Summerfield are expressed in euro with VAT included applicable on the order date. In case there is any change in the VAT rate, it will be automatically to the prices of the products in our web.
Payment forms
In AM Summerfield the customer Will be able to choose the payment form more convenient. We have Pay Pal , credit cards or debit cards and bank transfer.
Products
AM Summerfield keeps the right to change the assortment of the products depending on the available stock. The pictures of our products are orientative and indicative. The gaps between the pictures and the product may be minimal and do not affect the essential skills of the product. The color of the products showed in the virtualshop may differ from real color due to configurations of personal monitors.
Deliveries
Products purchased in Am Summerfield Will be sent to indicated address by the customer in the moment of purchase.
Am Summerfiled will make all possible in order to respect the delivery schedule mentioned in the web. However, Am Summerfield takes no responsibility of consequences caused by a delay by non predictable issues or major force.
We will send the orders with envialia or regular post, depending of the destination of the delivery, whithin 72 hours counting from the moment of mail delivery that confirms the sending of the order by the transport. The transport normaly takes the orders the day after its placement.
In case the customer does not receive the parcel in above indicated timing, we will communicate with the transport and will take accurate actions for the issue not happen again.

Delivery expenses
For purchases below 100 euro the customer will pay the delivery cost. These are 4,99 for Spain and 9,5 euro for Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla and res of EU and 12 euro for rest of the world.
Confirmation of orders
After placing an order the customer will recieve a mail informing about details of this order. The invoice of the order will be sent by mail and another printed copy attached to the parcel.
